Camp Cheatham Hill is open to children in the community, ages 5-11 (*exceptions to be considered for siblings, age 4 or 12, of registered campers). Camp runs consecutively for eight weeks during the summer months of June and July. (There is NO camp the week of July 4th).

Camp fees are $125 per week for full day (8:00AM – 5:00 PM) or $75 per week for half day (9:00AM – 1:00PM). The option of early drop-off or extended pick-up is available for an additional fee of $4 per day.

There is a $25 non-refundable registration fee. This fee reserves a place for your child for the week(s) selected. It is applied towards deposit fees for our “In-House” field trips. The Registration fee is due by April 30, 2008.

Both half-day camp and full day camp are structured the same way. Children will be placed into groups according to their grades (k-1) (2-3) (4-5). The groups will rotate to different sessions throughout the day and participate in the theme related activities. The morning sessions (sessions 1, 2, & 3) consist of art & craft, academic, and athletic activities. The afternoon sessions (sessions 4, 5 & 6) are less structured, allowing for some free choice of recreational activities.

Campers are required to bring their own lunch and drink each day. Camp will provide light snacks and water, daily, for the children.

Campers are required to bring a bathing suit and towel each day. We recommend campers also bring water shoes or old tennis shoes to wear
since all of the water activities will be outside on the pavement or grass.

Camp drop-off and pick-up is located at the Irwin Rd. entrance of the school. (This is the bus port / ASP area). There will be signs posted to guide you.

There will be NO off campus field trips. However, we have weekly on-campus events, productions and/or visitors for the campers to enjoy!
